As much as I groused prior to my workouts and looked longingly at my family eating their ice cream, I can say that I'm extremely proud of myself for not giving into my normal excuses.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
