Briskly walked a 5K yesterday. Felt pretty good right afterwards, but the rest of the day I was so stiff and sore! I took 2 pain pills this morning as soon as I woke up just to be able to start moving. Definitely glad I did it yesterday though. It was nice to have that as a milestone. I completed the 5K in 54:08, and I wasn't last! Yay!
347.4 lb Lost so far: 16.8 lb.    Still to go: 127.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
