I was too busy yesterday, and ate out again. Fish and chips at night. Although I left more than half the chips, I feel guilty as I had a few drinks too. Still, the weight was not too bad.
Today, I am going to see a very old friend, who i haven't seen for nearly 30 years. I am very excited and very much looking forward to it. I hope all the excitement will work well for the weight!
