183.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

It may seem an insignificant loss for a week and a half of diet, but as ive been hitting the gym i believe the content of the weight has changed. The belly has dropped a bit, but my weight remains static..
