I did another 80 minutes of kickboxing today. I hurt but am ok with that.

The stupid scale hates me. It's been months and I haven't lost anything , although I am fitting in smaller jeans. I know, I know, muscle takes up less space blah blah blah. I still want to see the numbers drop.

Oh well, another day, another workout.
152.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
