oh my, guess I'm not doing so well while not keeping track. So I need to make a renewed dedication to watching my weight for the winter. I'm 7 pounds over, but I can do this!!
142.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
