This week I need to build endurance I need to start walking w/ walk away the pounds and start dancing to at least two songs doing this 6 times a week!!!!!!! 4 more pounds to go before the month is up
212.8 lb Lost so far: 91.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
