Working from home nearly two months. Having less exercise and drinking too much. Need to cut out snacking.
231.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

i have been working from home all my life... no excuse! use your time saved by not having to travel to work-home to exercise!!! set your alarm every day and don't "start when you wake up"... you can do it, it just needs a lot of discipline. It helps to imagine there is a boss that keeps your performance in check. (and sometimes play the boss) good luck with your home-endeavour!!
