Up by 2 pounds.Had a day out, very hot and just had to have cooling ice cream & lost the plot for a day. Back on track now counting pro points. Doing it for free online & finding it much easier than when I tried going to classes years back. Having the internet to browse through lots of idea's so can switch round food types & not get bored. Just getting the knack & hoping I can make some progress, will wait & see.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Thanks, sort of experimenting cos of long term IBS working around trigger foods.Thank goodness for my computer to get idea's.Sun just come out so gonna go get a walk even though I must have walked miles on my day out.We have to keep tring I guess.Lots of luck to Phooka and everyone else here cos its never ending but hoping I will hit on right path.Feeling muscles starting to work on daily exercises but its taken a while.If I can get rid of the blubber might get into some summer clothes.Byr for now girls and boys.
