I actually kinda, sorta started last week. Since then I've lost 3.5 lbs (if the scale is not broken hehe ;). I did eat two slices of pizza Monday night without any salad, but I've stayed on track the rest of the week. I'm eating basically the same thing every day because it's EASY AND SIMPLE!!!! The weekends may present more challenges... uf!
Breakfast: Green smoothie (greens, 1.5 bananas, 1c orange juice, ice) Snack: 1c of coffee with stevia and regular creamer Lunch: GREENS with organic ceasar dressing and lemon juice Snack: 10+ Hershey's Kisses :) Dinner: GREENS with organic ceasar dressing and lemon juice Dessert: Green smoothie (greens, 1.5 bananas, 1c orange juice, ice)
