Was dreading the scale this morning, felt for sure I wouldn't have lost anything and probably have gained BUT 2.6lbs LOST. WOOHOO! I really don't think I started seriously till Wednesday so this is amazing 1.5%. 58% carbs, 18% fat, 24% protein.....much better! 99% RDI
