Well, I'm back from vacation and it shows. I gained 7 pounds in a week and a half. So, I'm going back down to 100 NC/day. Ive already started my one hour of exercise back up (as of yesterday). Over indulging on vacation is not worth the amount of work it's gonna take to get this off. I'm feeling really guilty, but I'm glad I weighed so I can be motivated to work extra hard. I know I can get to my goal weight (or at least within a pound of it), so I have to just push myself. I'm gonna try to stay under 1200 cals/day while keeping the LC limit as well. Well, looks like the Disney Diet can really wreck you and I don't recommend giving up your diet on vacation.
153.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I wouldn't recommend eating less than 1400-1500 calories a day. It can put your body into starvation mode and basically kill your metabolism.
