Slightly over calories yesterday...walked a lot...very tired today...this morning is a swimming morning...am worried I may get a bit sick again...but ws able to surpress cold until now...I must but vitamin C today and take 2~3,000mg
185.8 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
