Totally going the wrong direction. I think it has partly to do with starting to jog rather than speed walking. I'm not burning as many calories but, I'm still taking the same amount in. Hopefully, that will change as I get more used to running.
225.3 lb Lost so far: 30.3 lb.    Still to go: 55.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 9.1 lb a week

It could just be your muscles retaining water. Whenever you change your exercise, your muscles can retain water to help them heal.
