Sorry it's been awhile since I last weighed in but I pulled a muscle in my back and it's been kind of hard to do anything right now. It's slowly starting to get better though so I'll get back on track soon.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
