This is the longest I have ever gone with lifting weights in a while. I Have not been to the gym in a week due to transportation problems. Starting to need my fix for some lifting again.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 97.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
