I am so amazed at my progress! Wow!

This last weekend of April I really indulged alot and I was expecting to see a gain today but my 2 fast days(Monday and Wednesday) have worked some magic for me :)

What's even more amazing is that I did not count my calories on Tuesday and I ate leftover breyani and soji from the weekend for lunch and also had muton curry and rice for dinner with ice cream for dessert :D

My weight on Monday morning was 111kg and today which is 3 days later my weight is 106.9kg so I dropped 4.1kg since Monday but officially I lost 1.1kg since my last official weigh-in a week ago and factoring in the awesome weekend I would call that a miracle!!!!

I am really happy because it means that I'm only 2.9kg from my lowest weight of 104kg that I achieved in the 2nd week of April :)

Stay motivated everyone! Live Life! Enjoy it! Adopt a Fasting Lifestyle!! It Works!!!!!!!

Thanks to all my buddies and people here on FatSecret that keep me going :) All the best to all of you :)

Oh and I forgot to mention that I have only been to the gym once in this last 7 days :) Just goes to show that not going to the gym is no excuse for not losing weight/fat as most people would think :)
235.7 lb Lost so far: 48.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Saige my lowest weight ever was achieved in the 2nd week of April where I dropped to 104kg which was 30kg from my weight last year this time of 134kg :)

What do you eat on your fast days

Ronel927 I have a cup of green tea around 8am to 10am then I have a cup of Nescafe Classic Coffee with 15ml of Full Cream Milk(no sugar/sweetener) at around midday and another at around 6pm. I got to this stage by 1st following 600 calorie fast days where I ate anything as long as I kept the calories to around 600. The trick on such fast days was to eat low calorie but high volume foods so you can eat a ton of food but keep the calories low.

I don't do the 600 calorie fast days anymore as I am able to do 23 calorie fast days where I don't consume any food at all.
