Just getting back to watching calories and exercising. Weighed 202 on my birthday and now, less than three months later, I have gained 14 pounds. Need to get serious about this and stick with the program to reach my goal!
216.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
