I will commit to including more lean proteins, vegetables, and fresh fruit in my diet, while reducing desserts and salty snacks.

I will also commit to at least 30 minutes of vigorous exercise (running / weight lifting)at least 5-days per week.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
