Ate what I wanted. Glad there wasn't too much damage. Very processed, very bad. 1week before hols, get back onto low carb to get a flatter stomach. Body fat still under 30%, bmi just under 25
149.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
