Dropped a little, even though a had a couple margartitas on Sat. and about 4 Tbs of mashed potatoes with dinner last night. Working hard in the yard apparently burns some calories.
191.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yard work is great for you and everyone else. I did some too. I Have a beech tree I'm trying to encourage. Removed some brush and pruned her up for a nicer shape. I worked with a young girl who was thrilled to work with our Mother Earth. It felt so good that the next generation also gets it.
