Feeling great about the walking I have added, its supposed to be raining all day tomorrow....big test of resolve! Found a helpful strategy on SomethingFishy to get through the urges to binge eat. Stop, Swap and Console.

209.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 77.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
