Stuck here at 208. I've been slacking on my daily walks, as in they haven't been daily. However I have resisted all three attacks of the "ice cream on sale voice in my head". Note to self; who I want to be & how I want to show that to the world.

This is an old post that seemed worth re-posting. Back in 2011-12 when I was first active on this page another member recommended Geneen Roths book

. The above passage is just one of many that really nailed me & my food thing; or more accurately my "one too many, a thousand too few" thing. So glad the elevator only went up 8 pounds in the past 4 years. Willing to be myself. Be is a verb. Elevator going down. Sending good thoughts to everyone who has to spend time with SuperBowl snacks today:))
