Yay, the dounut weight is coming off! So glad since i have worked extra hard these last two days. I am always so happy when I exercise and don't cheat and see the weight come off. I tend to beat myself up when I cheat or don't exercise and I gain. Since I know it was all in my control and I blew it!
127.8 lb Lost so far: 24.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
