I went out for a drink with my husband then ended up having a meal out. Burritos. Hmm it's not great.
149.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you kpwcarolies. It might be because of the booze. I always dehydrate a bit on the following day. Still, going down is good! True :)
