A bit of a gain, but not surprising.
Since relocating to the big city, I haven't been sitting on an exercise bike for two hours a day. I've tried to counteract this with walking and keeping my daily intake to about 1500 calories.
I'd rather be losing, but if I plateau for a bit, so be it. If I gain in the coming days, then I'll figure out a solution. Perhaps the 'ol juice diet again? Or maybe just more exercise.
And so it goes...
