Moved to new digs, so I haven't been able to cycle my usual 40km/day at the gym. Signing up at a new gym today... and back on the bike tomorrow.

There's also a treadmill here, so I may start doing some fast walking or running, just to mix it up.

Getting there...
241.2 lb Lost so far: 38.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
