Okay, I am starting this for a few different reasons: 1. I want to lose weight to be healthy 2. I want to look good when my husband graduates NCO Academy 3. I want to look the way I did when my husband and I met 12 years ago 4. I want to set a good example for my children 5. I am just plan ole tired of looking like I do 6. I want more energy to do the things I use to love 7. I want to work past my chemical depression, and the only way to do it is to lose weight
