What can I say. . . This gain is from an awesome weekend and not fasting this week so the gain is mostly water and food that's not digested as yet.

I'm glad that April is almost over :)

I haven't been updating my food diary this last week but I'll start getting back to properly doing so by next week. I just have a supper to go to this weekend and then I can focus on my food and fasting again :) My goal was not to exceed 110kg from all the indulging in April and I have managed to keep to that :)

You so lucky BBO i would have probably picked up 20kgs if I had to eat what I want to lol

Kimmy although I ate whatever I wanted, I still kept to some rules like no food b4 midday and always drinking water before going to bed. I guess I have a very high RDI of 2600 calories at sedentary level yet I am not sedentary :)

Wow your calories are high. I must say my calories i eat daily are not high but i battle to keep my carbs low. i think thats coz im a fussy eater lol

Carbs are not bad when they come from veggies. It's the refined carbs that cause a problem. Try using low calorie veggies in your meals. I love roasted beetroot. I can manage eating veggies and still keep carbs around 30g to 50g which is considered low carb.

Thanks. I am going to go through the list of my veggies I eat and look at the carbs in them.
