Need to find TIME to exercise more. I'm generally making better decisions about how much of what to eat based on calorie counting. I'm also finding I'm not as hungry as I used to be, not sure why that is...
171.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
