Thirteen stinkin pounds gained since my last weigh in. Could be worse, could be better. Due to my lack of control/caring/self control/whatever I stopped tracking what I ate,stopped obsessing over every bite and just existed. Last night I finished reading this amazing book called The Amazing Adventures of Dietgirl. A really inspiring read! Time to start again!
242.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You CAN do this. Be kind to yourself and believe. Plan for your skinny clothes this next summer. You are going to look HOT! Keep the faith, you are a winner!

one meal at a time...get back into the healthy lifestyle you once created...and stick with what works for you...easy to go back to old bad habits...but so motivating when you see the pounds just fade away...
