Eating a little more. Need to balance my snacks by including carbs at each snack. Still battling cigarettes. Quit 8 months last year but have smoked a few a day since November. Have not smoked at all the last two days. This seems a good time to quit again. Gained an extra 50 lbs last year after quitting and went to 343 lbs as a new high. Using fatsecret to monitor what I eat makes it easier to plan. My dietician has provided me with guidelines for managing both my diabetes and my weight. I'm becoming better educated about food and it seems to be paying off. I feel I can now quit smoking again without this out of control weight gain.
292.4 lb Lost so far: 32.6 lb.    Still to go: 92.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
