Day 5 of water fast. Feeling energetic today after two days of tiredness. No more hunger pangs. Ketones must have set in to provide me with energy. Am thinking I MAY be able to go 7 days. Hmmmmm should I or should I not? Will need to go back to work though - wondering if I can fast and work - too much strain on the body?
Blood sugar at 2.7 (or 48mg/dl) - decided I should end fast with 50g of grapes.
Two hours after having grapes, blood sugar at 3.7. (66.6mg/dl)
