I am happy I lost, I discovered I can't eat alot of red meat. I just don't loose weight when I do. I do the best when I eat fish and chicken. Good thing I love both. I am very proud of myself for not having any sweets in about a month. I have no cravings. I will keep up the good work.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 48.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I pre cut all my green veggies. Raw veggies are great for a diet. Just don't eat a lot of starchy veggies. Starch foods include: Potatoes, corn, Jerusalem artichokes, parsnips, bean (lima), beets, carrots, Brussel sprouts, peas, pumpkin and yams. Better to go for Fresh Green Beans, Broccoli, Green peppers, and asparagus.
