I pre cut all my green veggies. Raw veggies are great for a diet. Just don't eat a lot of starchy veggies. Starch foods include: Potatoes, corn, Jerusalem artichokes, parsnips, bean (lima), beets, carrots, Brussel sprouts, peas, pumpkin and yams. Better to go for Fresh Green Beans, Broccoli, Green peppers, and asparagus.
