Hi,
Thanks for the kind comments. - I have had big first weeks before, sadly too many times. I'm generally focused for about 8 weeks and 12kg or so and then it all goes out of the window. Maybe this time is the one however as i'm getting a bit too old to keep shrugging off being over twice my natural weight without consequences.
