I decided I will weigh in at home on Mondays and Saturdays. By weighing in on Mondays I'm hoping that keeps me more accountable to following the WW plan over the weekend!
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
