Cheers Jocko, I think the scales are playing up if I look at the last couple of weeks weigh-ins' but belts keep needing to be tightened and shirts are a little looser so it's all going the right way! And looking forward to the trip to the Orkneys later this week so I'll give a wave eastwards from the car as I pass Stirling way!

You're doing well! I love the Orkneys - I went twice to dive Scapa Flow and spent a bit of time on the islands themselves too. I've just scared myself, that was almost 20 years ago 😳
