Reached goal weight a couple of days, but now I learn that a person of my height should weigh 15 pounds less. I'd be emaciated at that weight!
187.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

Don't pay any attention to what you read. If I went by the standard some doctors recommend, I'd have to lose almost 100 pounds. I'm muscular and solid and know what weight I look best.
