I have been combining SOME aspects of the Adkins diet with intermittent fasting and have been having results that are WAY too easy. I also have downloaded a step counter on my phone to keep track of my activity minutes, steps walked, healthy pace steps, etc. It has really pushed me to be more active daily.
145.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
