Very pleased with this mornings weight loss. I have not found it a problem to not eat between meals and I have done a reasonable amount of exercise. The only challenge was on Sunday evening dinner was late and I had to sit for about 2 hours with my hunger. I joined Slimmers World this week too. Thank you to my new buddies knowing you are there is great motivation.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
