This is my first official weigh in. I went for a 1.5 mile run after work and weighed in. I will probably weigh in at night before dinner every night. I am happy that I am under my estimated 210 although I don't care to be above the 200 mark. Look forward to the work ahead.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
