Weighed in this morning and found I lost 1 pound. Down to 138 lbs now. 3 more pounds to lose but becoming increasingly difficult when trying to restrict yourself from eating larger portions during the day instead of smaller. But working hard to maintain my effort and also desiring more sweets than my food regimen allows. No pain, no gain. Got to keep plugging along. Too close to mess up now. Whew!!
