Work has been incredibly unsteady and constantly throwing me for a loop. Feeling grateful but also so very stressed. I never realized how much I craved routine!
104.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
