went to chicken bonz sat. and had all you can eat chicken wings ... i gained 5 pounds sunday but already worked off 4 by monday so im at 201 for the new week ... not bad usually gain about 10+ lbs over the weekend
201.0 lb Lost so far: 58.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
