Still stuck at 165... driving me nuts. But managed to swim a MILE today, which felt really good, and I think my body is getting a little bit smoother... less foldy-rolly, and a bit more smooth around the edges... or else maybe I'm just trying to convince myself that all this dieting and exercise is actually doing some good...
165.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
