i wont say this was a a great sucess. I had to think about what i was eating and how to make sure to get 1/2 fruit/veg. I would have like to seen myself eat more veg but its a step in the right direction and every step counts
258.0 lb Lost so far: 37.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
