Hot Chick 3's Journal, 09 January 2010

I'm doing this with two friends. We are hoping to reach our goals in time for a trip in April with our husbands. The trip will be our reward but I know we will need to set future rewards to help us maintain a new lifetime way of taking care of ourselves. I recommitted this past week to daily tracking and getting in 30 minutes of exercise at least 4 days per week. Hey, I even did a yoga dvd today! Most days I walk on my treadmill.

After 4 days of tracking, 3 things stand out. I need more veggies. I need more dairy. And I need to watch my snacks. The last of the Christmas cookies were thrown out last night.
