Took a week off Atkins last week. still worked out. back on and already lost 3.5 pounds in 3 days! just got insanity max 30 and hard corps 22 in mail! so fat max is awesome!
133.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
