well I must say this weight thing is getting to me. Up and down yo yo dieting. I need to change my eating ways and help me and Boikanyo ( my son) he is already over weight and I need to change my life and become a good mother. I am keeping my diet simple. under 1400 cal for now and take it down by 10 every week. till I get to a 1100. then when I start working out I will take them up to 1200. One cheat day every 14 days.

Consider focusing on eating real, unprocessed foods more than calorie counting. If you try and work more natural fats into your diet and try and keep it low carb, it is more tasty and keeps you full for longer.
