Not sure if this weight should count, but I'm recording it because it reinforces what I should be eating.

I went out for a co-workers last day, went home, ate one of my home-made chicken pot pies then went out with Matt and Doug. I had a total of 7 beers. No other food than the pot pie. Since I haven't drank in a couple months, I had a hangover this morning and went back to bed till 11:30. Woke up feeling great and decided to weigh myself for shits and giggles, knowing full well I had Fazoli's Thursday night with my bestie's youngest and drank last night.

I am down 1 pound. I believe it has to do with the amount of sleep I got (8 1/2 hours), the last hour of my waking, and not much food the night before...though the beer should be bad for the scale. Don't care, gonna take it and run with it.

Had the last pot-pie for breakfast/lunch and planning this week's meals. Need more fiber and protein (if I do any soups). And any pasta from now on will be the quinoa/corn flour pasta. Numbers are about the same as Barilla's multi-grain, but the quinoa is gluten free!

I was thinking jumbalaya this week. Been a couple of months since I made that and it has chicken and smoked sausage (need a better sub for this), will use brown rice and my own creole seasoning so I can control the sodium. Not sure what else to make.

Anyway, I plan on going to Swing This tomorrow morning and eating my good healthy foods. We'll see what the scale says on Monday. :-)
226.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 86.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
